Incredibly proud of the u23 Israel Baseball 🇮🇱⚾️ team out here in 🇨🇭. Entire team played lights out all week. Pitching staff allowed 6 runs in 5 games and finished with a combined no hitter in the Championship game. Now they move on to the A Pool next summer in 🇨🇿!

Awful news: Walt Jocketty, the fabulous GM of the Oakland Athletics, St. Louis Cardinals and Cincinnati Reds, has died at the age of 74. Jocketty, one of the finest, nicest and genuine executives in all of baseball, has been battling serious health issues the past 2 years.

I hope I'm wrong. But tonight feels like some sort of invisible line has been crossed that we didn't even know was there. The last time I felt like this was 9/11 when it was clear, without knowing the how and the what, that the world was about to change forever. Like the
