I always thought I would die a virgin. I'm in a wheelchair. I have less strength than a toddler. I need help eating, going to the bathroom, everything. Guys like me didn't get laid. It was just a fact of life. But a part of me wondered... what if I wrong? In my 30s, I

You think you’re too small to change the world? I used to think so too, but then the craziest thing happened: “I don’t have any dreams.” A burly man in a construction hardhat stood in front of me. His eyes full of sadness. I was on an assignment from a self-help seminar to

Imagine the day is over. What could you do between now and the next few hours to disappoint yourself? To be ashamed of what you accomplished? Don't do that. Do the opposite.

How to instantly become more wise: Stop believing everything you think and feel is true. 99% of your thoughts are nonsense. 99% of your feelings are nonsense. Wisdom is the humble, relentless search of the remaining 1%.

I used to think the government could save me. I couldn't buy insurance. And I had $120,000 per year of medical bills. The government offered me Medicaid. For free. At first, I was grateful. I felt like they saved my life. But then they told me I wasn't allowed to work. They

If I could give my younger self one piece of advice, it would be this: Your excuses are lies you've told yourself so often you believe they're truths. For years, I told myself no girl would ever want me, so why even try to date? Excuses justified loneliness, excuses protected
