Clauses Mandy were seeking to apply to uploaded content & their wish to have unrestricted use of material submitted is unacceptable to our members. Mandy.com has since withdrawn the T&Cs & re-issued revised terms that largely scale back the original proposal 2/3

Mandy has been in touch with Equity to explain that these changes were not intended to create difficulties or concern for our members and they have redrafted the relevant terms. 🧵3/3

Equity It's absolutely unacceptable that in this digital age, Mandy do not offer the ability to delete your account or remove you data without having to email them. Putting hurdles in place like this is shady as hell.
