This change definitely isnt one that's meant to fix ties. It's a change to make tournament operations run more smoothly. Ties are still going to be a problem unless the format is Bo1 instead of Bo3

To elaborate a little bit further on why this change makes me so upset: Currently, we're playing Bo3 in a relatively fast format (this doesn't mean that turns are fast, but a lot of game progress can happen within a turn). Plenty of decks are capable of taking a couple of prizes
