Today, we are raising the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation flag at #Mississauga Celebration Square to recognize National Indigenous Peoples Day. Tonight, we will be lighting the clock tower red, yellow, black and white for the same reason.

Excited to unveil “Come Together”, the City’s new public art mural located at ‘the amphitheatre’! Inspired by an Anishinaabe peace story, the mural was developed and created by a team of three artists, Que Rock, Alex Bacon, and Peru143, as part of the City’s public art program.

It was an honour to have attended on behalf of Council, in support of this partnership and MOU signing between sheridancollege and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
