Pia and I walked through the Knightsbridge flat. 2,600 square feet, boxed in and waiting to breathe. We raised the ceilings, let the light in, shaped it into something that felt like us. No surprise it didn’t stay on the market long.

No sudden breakthroughs. Just steady steps, long views and careful margins. From YOO to Olympia, every move mattered, though I do wish I’d let things be a bit lighter on the way.
