This week, GSF has been at the UN’s #TransformingEducation Pre-Summit in Paris. Yesterday, our CEO spoke in the Ministerial Segment on the need for “all hands on deck” to tackle the global learning crisis. Great to also see several organisations from our network represented.

Delighted to be representing Global Schools Forum at the #TransformingEducation Summit #UNGA in New York. Looking forward to discussions over the next few days on how this “moment” for global education can be translated into real change on the ground for disadvantaged children.

It’s been an incredible start to the Global Schools Forum Annual Meeting. I’d forgotten the joy of meeting people in person and the wonders of connection. More importantly, it’s inspiring to be in the midst of people solving some of the toughest challenges in education. #GSFSM22

Zia Abbas reflecting on The Citizens Foundation experience over last few years. Not just dealing with Covid learning crisis, but also now an economic crisis, climate change, pre existing education challenges. We need to get used to responding to crises, that’s the new normal #GSFAM22
