Train 58 minutes late into Plymouth and trains cancelled only a couple of hours ago as no staff, to Truro for next 3 hours GWR no offer of help. Taxis outside £150 and train manager won't help but 40 people stranded and 6 seater minibuses. BBC South West Cornwalllivenews

So much to learn from French train companies. Local train 4 double decker coaches, clean, on time. Uk, CrossCountry Trains Penzance to Edinburgh last month , 4 single level coaches, arrived 58 minutes late and only halfway into the journey, dirty and so busy people sat on the floor
