Only computer scientists should make flowcharts

For the second year in a row fireworks are banned in the Netherlands due to Covid-19. However, not in Belgium that is a 5 minute bike ride away. Firework did never start as early and the bangs have never been as loud as they are now. What did you expect that was gonna happen?
