This Batman Begins scene was filmed in Iceland on the Vatnajökull glacier, one of Europe’s largest. Nolan wanted a truly isolated, dangerous setting with no CGI. He said Wayne’s climb is a physical and spiritual metaphor for overcoming fear and his past.

Killing Joke - Love Like Blood (1985) — dark, hypnotic, and timeless. A post-punk anthem that still cuts deep. #punk #goth #postpunk

This stunt of Eddie Kidd jumping over buses never fails to amaze me. Mainly because the only safety measures in place for a crash appear to be some guys in lab coats holding a piece of cloth.

This scene from the Miami Vice pilot in 1984. Crockett, Tubbs, and Phil Collins driving through the Miami night--No dialogue. Just music and mood.

This scene in Heat (1995) is so realistic that the U.S. Marines actually use it for weapons training. Val Kilmer said that during the moment his character reloads, Marine instructors tell recruits, “If you can’t change clip as fast as this, get out of the army!”
