We are struggling to recruit & retain staff in the NHS. Pay is one issue. Conditions are another. Not providing adequate care is distressing to staff and patients. We can’t care if you don’t. And that’s why today we went on strike. #csp4fairpay

So we are paying more to cover this pay rise? The irony being that ⬆️registration fees make caring jobs less viable, staff numbers reduce and care quality does down 🙄🙄 at least Mr Barwick should be very busy.
