This is such a wonderful video highlighting the care and thought JMU Department of Mathematics and Statistics has put in to what their classes will look like this fall! This shift takes time and shows just how much work faculty are doing to make sure students get as much out of their classes this year.

The faculty have been working overtime to make this the best fall learning experience. Might not be in person, but might actually learn more this way.

Our JMU Department of Mathematics and Statistics students have joined forces with the Harrisonburg Fire Department to determine the optimal location for a new fire station. The students examined a variety of factors to identify two potential locations for this $4.9 million dollar project. Congrats to this team!
