I wish kids today understood you can play every sport in high school...you don’t have to focus on 1 to play in college and if you don’t want to play in college you can still play that sport! Enjoy your HS years it goes by fast. Have FUN playing for your hometown TEAMS!

Two Strasburg Tiger Band students performed at OMEA District 8 Solo & Ensemble. First time in several years Strasburg has participated. Garrett & Max performed solos in Trombone Class C & French Horn Class C & both students received Superior (I) ratings for their performance!

Max Metz is representing Strasburg's Youth to Youth (Y2Y) organization & SHS at the CADCA convention on Capitol Hill. He is there with members of Empower Tusc, which is an organization that empowers and encourages teens in our community to live healthy, substance-free lives.
