This viral stuff is fiction. Ottawa police say there have been 0 resignations. The Canadian military hasn't made any dramatic statements. The 50%-of-Ottawa-cops-quit claim came from a Facebook stream last night by convoy man Pat King, who has a history of ridiculous claims.
