When traditional chemo stopped working, a switch to an ADC led to tumors shrinking to "oblivion" by the first scan! 🎯 Side effects were focused (nausea/fatigue) instead of "whole body" discomfort. A drug change (Zyprexa) was key to reduce the nausea. 🔗youtu.be/kLgrsVqFH8w
