What has happened to BBC Sound of 2025? You couldn’t move in 24 without hearing Chappell Roan, Ezra Collective were touring the land and English Teacher won the Mercury Prize. I thought it was a tastemakers list of artists you’d never heard of. BBC website output is dumbed down.

Good initiative from Government to have these messages, quite the panic in the bar when phones started blaring everywhere. Still seems to be a few Michael Fish impressionists about.

The film Warfare, will stay with me for a long time. A modern day masterpiece. The soundscape and the use of quiet to build tension is haunting. A minute by minute retelling of real events from Iraq, this is no Hollywood shoot em up. War is hell.

Would have been a tap in for Roddy Forsyth at Easter Road today. ‘Whilst Holyrood burned, Hibs failed to fire in the second half…’ etc

Jordan Smith had one of those performances that reaffirms the age old cliche, a strong keeper between the posts calms the nerves of the whole team. Jittery second half from Hibs. What on earth was the team talk at half time? 2-0 a dangerous scoreline…
