Passed a lad on the M1 this morning by the Castlebellingham services heading for Dublin. He was riding a Honda Monkey bike loaded with bags and wearing a Marhalls vest. Just goes to show you don't need a 30k bike to get it done

Took a 3/4 Whitworth spanner out of my toolbox earlier as I couldn't find my 33mm. My son asked me what 3/4 whitworth was . I said it was a measurement used which was then replaced by 1 inch 1/4 but inch and 5/16 is nearer . . . I'm that old 👀

When you order something from a .ie website that says the location of the item is in Ireland. The 2 fday's later you get an email from UPS to say otherwise 🙄🙄🙄

Nothing worse than an annual TB herd test. Thankfully all clear. I often thought Vets had a handy job, the young Vet told me he is heading to an elderly couple now who have over 45 dogs. They've become feral and hang in packs. His job is to put every one of them to sleep.
