On Monday August 5 I’ll be attending the 75th anniversary memorial of the Mann Gulch fire at the statehouse in Helena Montana. I’ll be performing my song about the fire “Cold Missouri Waters”. If I can make it through!

I have received awards and lauds over the years. But I don’t think I’ll treasure one as much as the Black Mountain award I was given last night at the concert after the Mann Gulch memorial by the @WildlandFirefighterFoundation. They do amazing work. Check them out. I am humbled
