Such a thrill to see our work on developing genetic theraputics for Timothy Syndrome on the cover of nature today. One of the most gratifying projects i've ever worked on, alongside Xiaoyu Chen with Sergiu P. Pasca at the helm. Excited for what lies ahead for dev. theraputics!

On Day 3 of the workshop we learned about iPSC/organoid QC, assembloids, transcriptomics and genomics! In the lab, we dislodged D0 embryoid bodies and immunopanned for neurons and astrocytes from D200 cortical organoids!
