What a great start to our Brain Organoid Workshop!

Thank you Parse Biosciences for sponsoring the Emory Brain Organoid Workshop. We really appreciate the insights on combinatorial barcoding and single cell sequencing shared by Mia and Colleen! 🧬🦠

On Day 3 of the workshop we learned about iPSC/organoid QC, assembloids, transcriptomics and genomics! In the lab, we dislodged D0 embryoid bodies and immunopanned for neurons and astrocytes from D200 cortical organoids!

All smiles today when we imaged the Emory Brain Organoid workshop IHC slides! The rosettes were stunning!!!
