Overseeing a boiler replacement at one of our multi family properties this morning. This particular boiler kept giving us grief the past few years and sadly its only about 8 or 9 years old. There comes a time when you need to cut your losses and make the upgrade to a newer unit.

Great example of how strong the real estate market has been as of late. Sellers knew they were going to sell in 2020. Oct-Nov 2020 value around the $750k range. Fast forward to February 2021, we listed and sold for $885k. An increase of $135k in 3 months! πŸ₯‚ 🍻 πŸ₯‚ 🍻

Selling properties that are occupied by renters is never easy. For one there are many more steps involved and then on top of that it can be disturbing to the tenants. Happy for my client who capitalized on great market conditions and best of luck to the great tenants πŸ₯‚ 🍻 πŸ₯‚ 🍻
