I’m all for fair criticism, but slandering Jimmy Butler after how he’s carried this team is probably not the best route IMO. He clearly hasn’t been the same for a while now. But that man is the reason Miami is even here.

Yes, that was hard to watch. Very. But let’s not forget we came in as an 8th seed and beat three teams everyone thought would “sweep” us. Say what you want but the Heat reigns supreme in East. Nuggets fought for that win. Can’t hate on them.

Also let’s not forget every analysts and major network thought the Nuggets wouldn’t even be here. Both teams earned this spot against all odds.

UD’s response to those saying Denver is the more talented team: “It's disrespectful for people to say that because you can't just trick your way into the Finals. It takes talent," team leader Udonis Haslem told Bleacher Report before exiting the locker room.

It’s not a question of who is the more talented. These are professional athletes, they’re all talented. Denver is playing better. That’s the bottom line.

Heading back to Denver for Game 5. Was really hoping to be on this plane 2-2, but here we are. It’s a “must-win” game for Miami and we will be here until the end 🔥🏀

Tonight is what the Miami Heat were built for. No matter what, I am so proud of this team and their unprecedented run this postseason against some of the most outstanding teams in basketball. Let’s go Miami HEAT 🔥🔥🔥🙏

That Jimmy turnover in a big spot is a fitting and disappointing end to this series. Butler never looked like himself and the Heat had no chance with him like that.

It was an absolute thrilling season. No need to hang our heads down. No one believed we could make it this far. A congratulations to the Nuggets on their first ever championship. We’ll be back next year, without a doubt!

NBA says there were 4 incorrect calls or non calls in the final two minutes last night, with 2 benefitting each team. Most importantly, Jokic should have been called for defensive 3 second violation on a late Heat possession with 18 seconds left.
