Things I have learned after a week in Poole Hospital for #CrohnsDisease treatment: 1. The NHS is something we should be really proud of. 2. There’s so much care in challenging circumstances. 3. Talk more. 4. Know when to stop soldiering. 5. Friends and family are everything.
