We are at the Social Science Festival with our partners ACCTS Cymru University of Warwick University of Bristol Welsh Ambulance to highlight research project 999 RESPOND on emergency dispatch processes to improve care efficiency, relieve strain on emergency services, and ultimately save lives.

We held our second pre-hospital ultrasound course for our medical teams at the National Imaging Academy Wales. This training helps us bring diagnostic skills usually found in the emergency department to wherever our patients are at any time of day.

We carry Phillips Lumify ultrasound scanners by Philips Healthcare on all of our helicopters and fast response cars. Our sincerest thanks to Ken and Peter and Cardiff University medical students for supporting the course again- we couldn't do it without you!

We are hosting our first ever EMRTS/ACCTS seminar and awards event, to celebrate the achievements of our service and the contributions of our staff.
