I was delighted to offer places on this interdisciplinary webinar to everyone who facilitated placements this summer for our CSLS Trinity College Dublin students. Dr. Mark Robinson, as always, had many words of wisdom & useful insights to help support professional relationships on placement.

Here, we found that RNs in an academic cardiac ICU report use of 15 different methods to screen swallowing & consider 31 various signs as indicative of dysphagia. We advocate for more nurse-driven validated screening tools for the critically ill! @uf_arc pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32920944/
