INJURY UPDATE: Continued evaluation has revealed Charlotte Hornets guard Brandon Miller suffered a L Shoulder Subluxation against PHI on 10/25. He will be out vs MIA on 10/28 and be evaluated when the team returns from its current road trip.

Asked Charles Lee about Sion James’ role and early contribution for the Hornets: “Defensively, we always knew [Sion] could bring an edge and physicality…but even offensively, he’s done a great job of being an offensive connector.”

Charles Lee has been really impressed with all aspects of Kon Knueppel’s game, but he mentioned Kon’s defense as an outlier. “There’s been some moments where he’s been one of our best on-ball defenders.” Question asked by Sam Perley

Kon is a legitimately good one-on-one defender. He impressively walled off Andrew Wiggins a couple of times at night in isolation. Far from the traffic cone many people (wrongly) pegged him to be in the pre-draft process.
