Our amazing St John Ambulance England people have been in action at Aintree Racecourse covering the Randox Health Grand National festival since opening day on Thursday. Early starts and long days but delivered with professionalism and smiles. Massive thanks to everyone who supported our cover.

Today sees one of our largest and most complex deployments for Merseyside St John Ambulance England at the Liverpool FC parade. Over 160 people, 12 Emergency Ambulances and 12 treatment centres across the whole route & our St John Ambulance North Clinical Team SJA North MRT teams. Have a safe and happy day everyone! #LFC

Our thoughts are with those injured and the people of Liverpool 💚
