Really helpful update on how to connect to the network whilst working remotely. NPS Staff can get in touch with their local Business, Strategy & Change teams if you have any questions or require support. #SmarterWorking #Digital

Following messages requesting working from home tips, please have a scan of my thread below... I appreciate not all Probation staff will be able to WFH but some will. I love WFH and get so much done but there is a balance and it can be culture change if its a new way of working.

10. FEEDBACK LOOP. In order to keep a pulse on individuals well-being, team productivity and service user risk/public protection, create structured opportunities for feedback. This could be time to review cases, 1:1s about specifics or trackers to support discussion.

This week I'm doing a virtual course & I have to say I was dubious but it's brilliant. We are using one note as a whiteboard & are still able to discuss exercises as a group on video. My only concerns are the 2 exams I need to pass because it's been a while!😬
