This is a truly unique time in the DTC space. Brands at scale are all struggling to find new customers on Meta and Google. I've never seen this many large brands all struggle at the same time to find net new customers. I truly believe the push for black box systems like ASC

Hey Meta literally changing Meta Ads Manager like this overnight without any comms just continues to make us lose trust in you. We split out Web and Web+Shops campaigns. While in theory you simplified it, but you released no comms and no reps have alerted us to this shift.

Go look at your ad library. Be it Motion, Facebook Ad Library, or wherever you can see everything you've launched on Meta over the last 30 days. If all the ads generally look the same: UGC actor talking to an iPhone camera, same text overlay, same general background (in a house
