“Taking something off your mgr plate” is a great way to grow. But don’t overlook “Illuminating issues (and proposing solutions)”. Bring them the problems. The higher ppl go, the more they crave ground-level insight and ability to have impact.

This is what mastery looks like. Thousands of hours and thousands of videos, and now they can just turn on the camera at any point and make something compelling.
