Bus Rapid Transit on North Avenue, please. The current bus gets stuck in traffic & struggles to accommodate Fulton Senior center riders. The original More MARTA spending plan had BRT on this street going to both sides of the Beltline (see "I" line in the image). Do it.

Full disclosure... I lived and still operate a business next to the Hank Aaron/Carver Stop... please keep replies kind :) Why would somone at Jackson/Glenwood, Boulevard, or Hill St ride the system west? I would love to hear some thoughts.

I think what drives me nuts about this post is that it’s clear the cost of „free parking“ is baked into a restaurants prices. People driving don’t want to pay for parking. But yet, those that don’t drive are forced to pay more for a meal to cover „free parking“

Shipley's donuts is 0.3 mi from our house. My daughters INSISTED on biking on Sun morning. I regretted giving in to their demand. Thanks to City of Houston making sidewalks abutting property owner responsibility and CenterPoint Energy not caring this is the experience. 1/2

(But, in full transparency… between single-track miscommunication, and long headways… decided to ride a scooter home from Five Points Station. We have to do better, on multiple fronts, with MARTA’s $1.6 billion annual budget.)

It’s so wild to me how certain officials try to say how dangerous SE Atlanta is when everyday I see folks jogging, walking to the store, my kids play outside everyday, taking MARTA, I garden & eat outside everyday, kids go to neighborhood school… 30315 is good for me 🤷🏿‍♀️❤️
