Adults w/ learning disabilities die on avg 20 years earlier than non learning disabled population -worse in deprived areas, worse for minority ethnic populations. Poor quality of life data but can guess it will be worse. Will a portion of this work focus on learning disabilities?

If everyone working with children and adults with additional needs read and truly embraced this advice, it would profoundly enhance the lives of these communities.
