Some yrs ago, I assembled a crack team to model the future global distributions of 16 iconic moss and lichen species. I also wrote a parody song about the results which I can FINALLY share now the paper is officially out: doi.org/10.1111/jbi.14…

Very happy to have had Joseph Joseph Dubrovsky in Lausanne (ADAS, Université de Lausanne). Nice talk on how clonal analysis helps to understand fundamental questions in plant development. Soon we will share another example of the usefulness of these analyses.

I'm thrilled to see it's finally out! Thank you, Noel Blanco-Touriñán @noelponte.bsky.social, for the excellent summary in this thread. It was really exciting to have collaborated with all the co-authors. A special thanks to Joseph Dubrovsky for giving me the opportunity to participate in this amazing project

Our third paper of the year is a wonderful collaboration with my former PI, Yuree, and her amazing team. We found a remarkable wound-healing mechanism in mature Arabidopsis leaves where mesophyll cells adopt an epidermal identity to rebuild a multi-layered protective barrier.
