Depression naps are wild because they can last between 30 min and 3 whole days and no matter what, you wake up wondering what year it is and how long you’ve been asleep

My wisdom teeth are coming in and every time I chew I manage to bite my cheek and I suppose that it could just be me being dramatic, but honestly, this is a fate far worse than death.

Today has tried to test me on ALL levels. I cannot.

I can tell my depression is getting bad again when I just leave my Apple Watch dead 1 foot away from the charger and somehow end up telling myself that I can just do it later.

Found out my depression has been from low testosterone and it kinda fucks me up because like, HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN LIKE THIS

I have spent all of my adult life worrying about everyone EXCEPT myself, wanting to be loved so much that I didn’t actually care that I was self destructing on a NUCLEAR level. Not sure if this is a moment of mania or lucidity, but it’s time I put myself first for once.

It’s cool being able to take a piss test and not worry about whether or not you’re going to pass.
