Today’s pacer on the Ft Tower trails was a bit different than last weeks. Enjoyed the 4 mile hike with Mark. Mark will be in the group doing the 500 mile walk of the El Camino in Spain. Need to get our legs ready!

Great things are happening at Paris Independent Schools! Such great energy and positivity and a focus on being Difference Makers for kids! I was honored to speak to their staff about the importance of happiness at work and the power of having a best friend at work.

The United States ranks 23rd in happiness and Kentucky kids rank 32nd in the USA. We are focusing on the wrong things. We are human beings not human doers. The number one job of a child is to make friends.

And adults have the responsibility to be exceptional role models for children. Kids will be what they see. We need to focus our energy on the unique strengths that we all have. Let’s stop fixing people and start developing their strengths! Inspire On! Stephen McCauley
