Something is better than Nothing. Sometimes small small gains can help in future that may be normally neglected by us .

Be wary of sweet speaking and dramatic people, often they are dangerous. Straight forward and even angry people are better than these types of people.

I have read many self help books. listened many podcasts, watched tons of self help videos. But nothing taught me better than experiences of my own life. Keep failing, but importantly keep learning from that failure.

Do not ignore the importance of small thing or even a single unit. Sometimes people fail exam by 1 mark, sometimes Olympic medal is missed by 1 second, cutoff of college or government exam is missed by 1 mark.

Sometimes to experience the pain of the person or to investigate the perticular behaviour of the person we need to check the past of the person. Our past has huge role in our current behaviour consciously or unconsciously.
