I slept so good last night I fell asleep on one side of the bed and woke up on the other side confused 😂 Apparently my dream had a full action scene.

My items were delivered from the market. I am going to prepare my meals for the week because my training starts tomorrow. When I cook, I pretend as if I am on Chopped 😂 I do have a vivid imagination. So I will see what I can prepare with these basket ingredients.

It was a solid episode. I wish they would give us a preview of the upcoming episodes😩. I really hope they truly reunited and he wasn’t unconscious. Normally assassins and ruthless people have similar stories as Jane. I’m happy I understand a bit more about her #Paradise

I start my first training session in a few hours. I’m so nervous. I can’t sleep. I have so many butterflies in my stomach lol what is wrong with me 😭Why am I like this lol always shy and nervous. Will take a photo prior to workouts to track my journey.

Today was an epic fail😭 my trainer is so mean and inconsiderate. I couldn’t complete all the reps without stopping for air. I was hella nauseated near vomiting. I just can’t believe it. I used to hella fit and now I’m so de conditioned 😭😭 I feel so defeated today.

I love cooking so I get excited when I buy new cooking equipment. I purchased a pressure cooker & used one for the first time today & I did pretty good. My housekeeper showed me how to use a dishwasher today. I’d rather do things the old-fashioned way lol but it does save time

Today was a good training day. We trained outside for half the training & inside for the remainder💪🏽I’m proud of myself for not quitting on me!! I finished some of my reps without breaks. I mean, I dropped a classic album today with no skips 😂 my trainer was hella nice too 🙏🏽

Day 3 of training. I trained for about 80 minutes or so, ate lunch, and completed tasks. I felt amazing today after workout. I’m sure I’ll be sore tomorrow though. I was craving a salad today and to my surprise, the salad had more calories than the sandwich 🤷🏽‍♀️
