As a result of the forecast this evening and into the morning, the South Western School District will be operating on a two-hour delay tomorrow, January 16th.

The SWSD will now be operating on a Flexible Instruction Day (FID) for students in grades K-5 beginning at 10 AM. Students in grades 6-12 are not scheduled to be in session today and will not be expected to log on for instruction. Offices will be opening at 10:00 AM. Thank you.

As a result of today’s weather, all after-school and evening activities scheduled for today, January 16th, are canceled.

TONIGHT - Mr. Mini-THON!! Purchase your ticket during all lunch waves for only $5.00. Tickets are $10.00 at the door. 11 contestants will compete in Minute-To-Win-It games, as well as judged categories. The event will kick off with an unforgettable group dance.

We are excited to see the progress in HS our renovations. Here are a few pictures of our business classrooms and of our technology education classrooms.

We are also excited to share the pictures of our music classroom additions. You can see the new and improved instrument storage lockers and the high ceilings.

The crews are hard at work in the front of the HS moving utility lines as part of the renovation project.

Temporary classrooms are built and painted as we prepare to welcome our students back in August.
