Recruits: If your recruiting is slow, take that chance and reach out to a new coach. Worst they can tell you is no. Don’t be so afraid to get told NO that you miss out on getting told YES!

Offers don’t magically appear 🪄 Send your film and network with as many coaches as you can until you physically sign your NLI 🎥

I was crazy about recruiting in HS I would send out DMs to coaches: • Right when I woke up • During class • During lunch • Before bed And I still feel like I didn’t send enough.

I send DM’s out every now and then and maybe 15% of the coaches reach back out. I’ve taught myself that’s it’s a process and it’s a lotttt of other athletes doing the same thing. So i put my faith in god and hope that 15% jump up to at least 50%🙏🏾 I will continue to do so! #WORK

In the recruiting world these days there are the D1 or bust type guys and the guys who will give anything just to keep playing. Give me the guy who will do anything to play 1 more down of ball!!! We aren’t selling million dollar dreams. We are selling opportunity! ⚔️
