Reminder: Michael Saylor completely flip flopped on guidance within less than a month. He just smashed the ATM into a declining mNAV and $MSTR share price. There is practically zero demand for his preferreds. This is unacceptable for a publicly traded company.

There is zero argument as to why $MSTR common is better exposure to Bitcoin than $IBIT calls. Zero.

Just buy and hold bitcoin. These games are getting so tiresome.
