Feeling better now. Body is healing. Plan to be ready as usual for the next event in less than three weeks. Will get treatment on my knee

My body seems to be healing well right now. Going to take a few more days off, then get back to it!

Well, most of my soreness is gone so I took a long walk today. Getting old :)

Knee and shoulder are still a little sore but I think I can resume training on Friday
