Men be sharing these little ass umbrellas with their gfs, meanwhile the gfs are getting wet. Give her the umbrella and stand in the rain like a man.

I would love Forever to get Emmy noms. How cool would it be for black young adult drama to be nominated! I don’t even care about it winning, just the show getting a nomination is a win for me.

the standards y’all hold for actors of colors is insane because now all of sudden an OSCAR is “just an award” and roles shouldn’t be expected because of it and shouldn’t get you notoriety? but timothée chalamet was just foaming at the mouth for it? 😭

People will say actors of color take breaks and not go further as to why they take breaks. Mind you, most of the actors of color they’re talking about are just getting started. You can also tell they don’t read their interviews either.

It’s also expected after the Oscars that the winners get good roles and opportunities. You won a freaking Oscar! The roles post Oscars should be quality work. Booked and busy doesn’t mean anything if most of the projects are trash.

I for one will not let racists and trolls ruin the Ironheart experience for me. I want to see a black girl as a superhero. I don’t care what’s been said about a show that hasn’t come out yet. I will form my own opinion once I watch it. No one is forcing those idiots to watch.
