Work was done as a collaboration by Lindsey Dzierozynski and Juan José Apiz Saab (he/him). Built this whole model system from scratch! Lindsey Dzierozynski was a rockstar technician who did all this while getting our lab up and running. Is now making things happen as a PhD student w/ Cindy Sears.

Big thank you to Macleod Lab - University of Chicago and Chris Weber University of Chicago Pathology who helped us with analysis of patient samples, and PanCAN, the Brinson Foundation, American Cancer Society, UChicagoCancerCenter, Cancer Research Foundation, Ludwig Cancer for supporting this work.

Hello!! I have multiple positions open at UChicagoCancerCenter and UChicago Biological Sciences Metabolomics Platform. We have multiple brand new high-resolution #orbitrap #LCMS systems and very exciting #metabolomics projects. This will be a great opportunity to acquire expertise in #LCMS.
