5.5 months since ACL surgery. PT 2-3 days every week. Can’t wait to get back to softball work. Back squat 105 for 4 reps today (before surgery 200lbs) and trap-bar dead lift 115 for 8 reps. I’m excited for what the future holds for me! @SorcererB_E16U Rocklin Thunder Softball

Just had my 6 month update with my surgeon. She said I’m on track and I’ll be able to play this summer. I’m excited to get back!

6.5 months since my ACL surgery. Dr says I am progressing great! Full testing on my knee in April. Hoping to be released in May for the Summer.
