The long awaited report on the case of Grace has recognised that she was neglected in care, because she was non- verbal, it could not confirm that she suffered emotional abuse including sexual abuse even though she had widespread bruising to her body. It is another coverup by HSE

The nine year wait for the report on the Grace case at a cost of 13.5 million, yet it appears that it raises more issues than answers. Despite evidence to support the case the Commission could not find evidence of abuse including sexual abuse. It wreaks of a cover up.
