While appearing ectremely wonky this is really important. Process in the civil service is typically designed to manage risk, not opportunity. For a department like DSIT, which HAS to keep up with rapid technology change, a speedier, more agile business case process is critical.👍

Really sensible stuff in here. As someone that left gov 6 months ago, this brought back painful memories of how bad the corporate systems are. Having seen the 'other side' it is also clear they are fixable. Jordan right to point out the efficiency/ productivity benefits of that.
