Based on watching the teams you'd probably ranked Michigan 1. Based on blind resume you'd probably rank Washington 2. Michigan played ECU, BG, and UNLV in non conference. Washington played Boise State, Michigan State, and Tulsa. Neither is great OOC but 1 tried.

Interesting scenario/thought. Texas jumped Florida State in final ranking. If Georgia had beaten Alabama then FSU still might have been left out as #5.
