Monday February 13. Great work by Danny J Whiston on the digger and PGC Greenkeeper tidying up the far end of the ditch on 16. Bridge end still to be completed. Greens also micro tined and sprayed with manganese and chelated trace elements. Good signs of winter recovery

Despite the two Bank Holidays and being short staffed since then, the team have worked extremely hard to bring the course up to speed in this dry spell. There are still many jobs to complete but we are getting there. Good luck to all the competitors in the #Rosebowl

Over the last two days all the green side bunkers have had a good move around with sand mainly from the back of the bunker to the face and middle so plenty of sand in them all 👌 ⛳️ Penwortham Golf Club @PenworthamGCGreens
