Lunch with Peter at The Keg. I love The Keg - every big city in Canada has one or more, food is great, good service and it’s a reasonable price (compare it to other places with steak)

We took the sea bus to North Vancouver and walked along the North Shore Spirit Trail. The house boats in Mosquito Creek Marina make me wonder what it’s like to live in a house boat..

When you think of a house boat you probably are thinking of all the compromises, expenses, fees etc but I counter with this amazing deck for having BBQ parties , grilling meat and veggies, having a beer and great view of north shore mountains and downtown Vancouver . Amazing

While hiking around in North Vancouver we stopped in for a pint at Black Kettle . It’s a tough job but someone has to do it 🍻

Celebrated Peter’s birthday at Haidilao in Burnaby. Tasty as always, I think we (I) overdid it on the spicy chilli broth a bit.. Upset my stomach a bit 😂

Peter wanted to check out the UBC campus . Located on the far west side of Vancouver, it’s a very nice campus with great views and some nice hiking nearby
