If this picture doesn’t look like white mold, tar spot, and GLS I don’t know what does. How much will fungicide pay this year?

Remember when everyone planted corn this year because it penciled way better thank soybeans but no one sold corn or options against It? I am learning a very valuable lesson indecision in farming is a decision.

Consistently seeing 30 to 50 bushel decreases in Nebraska where guys did not use a high-quality fungicide. 30 b/a X 3.00= $90 an acre $32 for fungicide and application Net- $58 Is there any better ROI on the farm for the price?

Hey anyone that raises corn and soybeans for your rotation. How do you get soybeans to pencil and not be $75-$150 losers. APH on corn is around 240 and 63 on soybeans. Do you pencil in a 10-15 bushel increase after soybeans to justify planting them?

If you are not locking your nitrogen in now you need to be asking yourself why! Nat gas surging! Locked in all of the fertility needs today and if 15 billion more gets pumped into the ag economy hold on. Maybe i am taking the wrong approach but dominos are lining up.
