We decided to hold 1-on-1 Program Development Meetings with every of our 300 schools this year. They have been incredibly successful. Personal service and custom resources to meet every school where it is at. I highly encourage TO's to work on goals with each of their orgs.

Hearing what our schools have been doing this year is incredible. We come sooo far. Some schools are already fully developed with a lab of 30pcs, practices every night, streams rolling, and coaches for teams. Some schools are already at the goal. That is encouraging.

Parent wants a private coach for her son. I connect her to a literal RLCS coach who is down to do it. I collect 38 cool points. I am so close to having enough points now for a medium prize at the cool booth.

School 1 runs esports told school 2 they were unhappy with MNVL and that our discord is unsafe. And that made school 2 have concerns with joining us. ๐Ÿง School 1 doesn't compete with us? Under further investigation, they compete with and dislike PlayVS (the AD was mistaken). ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

It's 2009, you're in college. You're hungry, tired, and you just want a effing $3 slice of pizza. You walk in, and see this:

The most clear and consistent data point of whether a school esports program will be successful is... A. School financial support B. A motivated GM/Coach C. Passionate student leaders It is B, and it's not even close. Our adult leaders who care are what make programs great.

The best advice that applies to literally every esports title is "Don't Chase" What other general tips are applicable to all titles?

As we build our esports programs, think about how you can increase numbers by attracting non gamers as well! Do you have journalism students who want to broadcast? Marketing students who want to run socials in a mock work environment? Team managers? Get them in here!

Come gather round people, wherever you roam And admit that the waters around you have grown and accept it that soon you'll be drenched to the bone.
